I'm currently working on a couple of projects but right now, I'm finishing my next book The Old Coal Miner's Lamp which is also based around Ryhope and the coal miner's village I was brought up in.

I tend to go with what's around me or something that I watch and it helps my imagination kick in and an idea is born.

The idea was rolling around in my head for a while and I loved reading up about different serial killers so I put together serial killers and the place I was born and came up with this book.
