If it's a structural problem, I leave the writing project and busy myself for a while with something else. Usually, a solution comes to me when I least expect it. If it's a confidence issue. I give myself a day to mope and then start again. I think all writers lose faith in themselves at some point. The thought encourages me to keep going.
