Working on finalizing Up In Flames, book two in my on going series after a very long hiatus. I think sometimes we have to step away in order to come back stronger and I am far from done with this series! I cannot wait to share it with you.

Right now, giving back to those who helped me believe in myself. I gave my old English teacher who I dedicated Playing With Fire to his signed copy today (10/16/2019) and just the response and respect that we shared for one another was indescribable. I will forever be grateful to those who encourage me and who give my book a chance, because so many others didn't.

Honestly, a church sermon WAY back in junior high school. The idea that the balance of good and evil was a battle we each fight internally on a daily basis intrigued me and the more I thought about it, I saw it as the ground work of a lot of my favorite comics, movies and books. I wanted to put my own spin on it and eventually did.
