I stop and assess the situation. I try to address the exact section i'm stuck on and ask myself how I can get around it. I will typically write a very half-assed entry and beg for help from Charlotte, my editor, later! Haha! :)

Writing! :) I also meet amazing people and have created a world that people really enjoy, which makes me happy.

Just write. I have no background in writing whatsoever, it took a bad situation to get me in the headspace to write, and I'm thankful for it. I never knew how much I loved it or how consuming it would be until I actually took the time to start writing. I recommend throwing caution to the wind-- see your idea playing out in your head, and start putting it on paper.

The idea for The Soundtrack to Your Scream originated from experiences i've had living here in Southwest Florida. I love the urban legends and spooky stories that come from the rich history of this state, and I wanted to build a world around the dark things that linger in the swamp. :)
