Don't quit. You have to keep writing, especially when you feel inspired. I look back at old blog posts and short stories I've never shared and cringe because they were terrible. But the more you write, the more you improve and are more satisfied with what you produce.

My book is based off a true story that happened in 2007. After many people suggested I write about it, I finally did. But it took 12 years and countless times of feeling frustrated watching crime shows get things wrong for me to buckle down and write everything out.
