just waking up confuses me, sorry it took so long for me to reply, I don't get notifications when somebody asks a question for some reason like I said they have probably been going to your spam folders, if you just click on one of them your email provider should start sending them to the main folder.

There called blue light filter glasses, my friend bought me mine for my birthday, I think she got them off Amazon. They do help with reading a lot.

I can now read them, I got some blue filter glasses for my dyslexia and they have chainged my life, it's been intresting reading them for the very first time, like somone else wrote them, but fun.

I dont get it,
I get burnout when I've wrote to much,
I have autism my brain never stops and it never runs out of ideas,
My biggest problem is keeping up with them all and getting them written down.
