Peter Carroll I like staring at the blank page and searching for a sentence that sounds good and then going from there.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Peter Carroll It developed out of the very first sentence. Once I had written that I didn't want to stop. I have been wanting to write a book for years but hadn't found my niche. I guess I have all this stuff inside me somewhere after years of loving the genre. I started out reading Azimov and progressed onto Iain M. Banks devouring everything, like a black hole!
