S.G. Wilson Though I’ve always loved stories in which characters meet their duplicates from parallel universes, they invariably leave me wanting more. I’m not talking about more action, suspense or drama—I want more talking. Why can’t Spock and Evil Spock spend a little more time just chilling out and trading notes? Why can’t the (older) Earth 2 Superman share his relationship advice with the Earth 1 Superman? Why can’t all the Ricks and Mortys stop horsing around and get real with each other, if only for a few minutes?

That’s why I wrote ME VS. THE MULTIVERSE: to see what it would be like if a bunch of copies of the same person gathered to talk about themselves. There’s still action, drama and suspense, but there’s talking too. And fart jokes.
