I very much want to visit, maybe live in, the world of "The Others" -- a series written by Anne Bishop. I love the world of shapeshifters and elementals, and their code of honor as they interact with humans.
I would do what I could to find a place in one of the Other's Courtyards so I could interact firsthand with the Earth Natives. I would try to find my way into the elemental pony barn because who wouldn't love a real life My Little Pony with attitude and the ability to cause earthquakes or sandstorms or blizzards?
