Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Crista Beck There were certain dating patterns and mindsets that I kept seeing over and over again in my dating coaching practice that were getting in the way of people taking effective action in their love lives. I documented years of this data and decided to share the top 10 stories that people tell themselves about love and dating. I didn't want single people to be stopped by these messages from society, Hollywood, and Disney any longer. I love when my dating coaching clients feel FREE! This book provides an access to dating freedom.

Crista Beck Making a difference for the people who read what I write. When they tell me that my writing shifted something for them in their lives, that is what inspires me to write more.
