Jack Reacher. Why? While I dislike the movie characterization, the Reacher in the Lee Child series is a mixture of a superhero and someone who just doesn't care what anyone thinks about him. Those two traits are powerful when standing alone. When coupled, they make Reacher a character both full of surprises and very familiar.

"The Demon Senders" was inspired by a story a friend of mine, Rich C, told me. You'll read my adaptation of Rich's story early in the book when the main character, Trevor McCleary, is driving home late one cold and dark night.

I just released "The Demon Senders" which is a new series of horror/suspense novels. So far, the reviews are positive. The next book in the Derek Cole series, "The Devil's Snare," will be released in early 2016.
