Cinnia Curran Finfer Step Away. Forcing something never works. If not faced with a pressing deadline, get outside whether to run an errand, get some exercise do a quick chore or take a catnap. I find focusing on something else allows me to refresh my thinking. If facing a deadline, take a short rest of do an unrelated task then return to your desk. I find a shift in focus provides a better perspective.
