Amy Jean Finding out exactly where and when I began is a bit of mystery and maybe a good plot for a book.
Amy Jean I would travel to either the Wizard of Oz or Hogwarts. If I went to OZ, I would dance on the yellow brick road with all my friends after they have received their gifts - a heart, a brain & courage. Then I would click my heels three times and magically be home.
If I went to Hogwarts, I would have a meal with all my friends at one of the beautiful wooden tables in the dining hall. We would drink out of the golden chalices and listen to good music. Then we would fly around on brooms playing quittage.
Amy Jean I just published my first book, so holding the hardbound cover for the first time was pretty exciting after years of work, revision, and learning about the writing and publishing industry. I don't believe it is the best writing I have done, but I am hoping to improve with each new book I write.
Amy Jean I go for a run and take a break. And if that doesn't work, I try to change my daily routine, or take up a new hobby or join a new social group to seek inspiration.
Amy Jean I woke up one day to discover that there was a pack of rabid animals in the form of human beings that were playing a cannibalistic game of life with human life. And I was the sacrifice.
Amy Jean I would start by writing a daily journal. Not only is it therapeutic, but it will enlighten you about your truths, dreams, and desires. Hopefully, shedding light on new inspirations for your writing and your future. I am getting ready to publish an Insight Journal to go along with Volume 1 of my book, which is now available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
Amy Jean I am currently doing the revisions to The Kingdom Has Arrived, Volume 3: Reclaimed, Snippets from a Wild Ride - A Thought, A Theory, A Temptation, A Truth. This volume is essentially a rant of "angry Woman"!
Amy Jean I was initially inspired to write by a powerful spiritual journey, which turned into daily journaling. Now inspiration comes at me in various ways: A random thought on a run, a quick glance at children playing, the lyrics from a song, an old lady sitting alone in front of a nursing home, and so on.
Amy Jean My most recent book is a four-volume memoir. Volume 1 has just been published and Volume 2 will be released soon!
