There is much to marvel and wonder about in our world if we simply choose to see it. To get a new idea, I will sometimes go on a run and look at the homes, the plants, or the cars. I will take what I see and just dream up what happens if you mix them with something completely opposite. Like, what happens if cars had wings or if the trees glowed like the sun.

I grew up loving comic books with the wild and fantastic powers the characters wielded. I desperately wanted to be able to teleport or read minds! The tales of Asgard I read had such dignity, majesty, and of course - magic, and were some of my favorite story arcs. As I got older I found myself craving more stories with magic, and that same wild untamed aspect of power that the comic books had in what I was reading. Thus the idea for the Asgardian Exchange was born.
