I don’t know how to describe it exactly. Sometimes I’ll just be sitting there and I’ll know a book is coming through. Often God will wake me up in the night, and I’ll write a chapter or a few chapters. It’s not something I can make happen. God makes the offer, and I participate. If I’d rather roll over and go to sleep, I can choose that, too. But then I miss out. So I try to never turn Him down when He wants to speak to me, that way everybody wins.

Hearing Jesus’ voice. The best times of my life are when God is giving me a book. Writing is where I flee if anything’s not right in my world. It smooths my feathers. I feel I can handle anything as long as I get enough time in the secret place. So, yes, I’d say the best thing about being a writer are the times spent writing, because that’s where and how and when I get to hear Jesus.

Definitely, without a doubt, the Celestial City of Helen Taylor’s Little Pilgrim’s Progress. I feel like I’m already living in the Land of Delight, but anytime the Lord wants to take me to the next step, I’m ready. 🥰

After writing and/or publishing 15 books in the last few years I’ve switched over to blogging. That way the little gems God gives can be immediately accessible to more people with a minimum of effort.

OK. It’s my belief that everyone has a book inside them. At least one. So
my advice is: Write that book! If you’re not a writer, hire someone to write it for you! But get that word out that God is putting on your heart to say. Especially in the else last, last days, God is inspiring many people to write, write, write, write, write!!!
