There are times when, as a writer, you will feel inspired and the writing comes to you effortlessly. However, there are moments when you feel stuck and out of ideas or you experience writers' block. It is during these times that the passion you have for the topic you are writing about will help you persevere and keep you on track.

I usually try to take my mind off of writing by taking a break to do something physical such as going out for a walk, being close to nature, or doing yoga. I also try to empty my mind by engaging in meditation, which I always begin by doing deep breathing.
