Simple - just start writing your thoughts. It may be scrambling, could well be totally disjointed - but that's absolutely fine. There will be time to orderly align those and decorate. Getting started is the key!

I am very fond of sharing my experience, thoughts, advise - but mostly verbally. When it comes to writing, I somehow struggle to pen down my thoughts. But perhaps the great desire to share my experience with others and see how they react - that eventually got the better of me.

I am quite new to it and that is why I had to keep my first publication limited in size. Even then I had to struggle a lot and to reach the stage to publish - I had to spend over a year. I am learning and hope with experience will gradually understand more on how to deal with this.

I have just started on a book - sharing guidelines on how to decide the right career path from the crowded space of agile training and certification. It's too early to share more,but hoping to get it done by next quarter.

I have been working in this space of agility for around 20 years now. All these years, I have seen how spirited teams can do wonders and beat all odds to become successful. And have also witnessed how talented teams failed miserably due to poor decisions and lack of management support. I always discuss such incidents through my workshops and speaking opportunities. But I thought why not put a few such problems in format of a book - and there you go.
