I go do something else. If it's temporary, I simply stop trying to force words that aren't there, go for a walk, or call a friend, or read, or just do anything but write. If it's longer, I do a craft project, such as make a piece of jewelry or paint something. Allowing my creativity to flow in another area often has my writing creativity fired back up.

Travel is my absolute inspiration. I also get inspired by where I write. I love going to a cafe I've never been to, having a view of something beautiful, and often the right music can inspire me to write for ages.
