What are you currently working on?
Phyllis Ershowsky I am currently working on the sequel to Emily and Lucy to the Rescue - no spoilers, but the hero of the next book is named Michael. Stay tuned!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Phyllis Ershowsky The idea for Emily and Lucy to the Rescue actually came to me in a dream during a time when I was facing a serious medical challenge. Inspired by my own children (who are now grown up), I realized that children dealing with illness in the family need to be reassured that it's natural to be scared and unsettled, but they can be empowered to help their family during difficult circumstances - he or she can be the hero of their own story.
