I've been teaching the system my book is about for years. Watching the transformations my students were achieved lit a fire within me to share my system much more widely. I believe tapping into your creativity brings out the best in everyone, and that it's the answer to many of today's challenges. Creativity restores connection in an era of screens and memes!

The best thing about being a writer is the opportunity to dive deeply into your thoughts and feelings. Putting them on paper makes them more clear and more real. I feel my thinking has greatly improved since being a writer. And my communication has as well! I also love that good writing has a lot of heart in it. It asks you to really feel what you're writing about and be utterly sincere about it. So it's great practice in being honest and open as well.
