No idea! Frankly!! I just get thoughts and I note it down in my shirt pocket book which I carry whenever I go on a walking exercise. Also the idea which occurs, keeps changing as I keep thinking or researching about it till I feel comfortable about the 'content' in it.

Whenever I read good books. I watch out for my Guru Bill Gates' recommendations about his favourite books. I try to prioritise such books or atleast I keep them in my 'To read - bucket list'.

Devote time setting aside priority for it in your daily schedules. Be persistent in your efforts. Have a clarity upfront on the process rather than too much thinking about the result. The fear about result, whether my book will sell or not, am I wasting my time on this writing project etc., must be overcome. The only way to overcome is by developing passion. Set a deadline (flexible to the extent of not creating an undue pressure) and work towards it.

After 12 years of imprisonment, he went to see his most beloved lover, in her home and found her sitting on a chair, looking intently at a wall-painting. He wanted to embrace her from behind to give her a surprise, and so, he walked towards her silently with cautious steps, and as he was about to embrace her, her head started swirling 360 degrees.
