After having worked in my husband's orthodontic office I noticed how the front desk team members were the ones most overlooked. The only "training" they tended to receive was of handing them a handbook of scripts to memorize or rating a mystery/"gotcha" call and extrapolating that call to their whole performance.
Front desk team members are the ambassadors of your practice. Should they not be empowered with appropriate training? I thought so. And after listening to over 10,000 calls per year, I share my insights.
