I stop, take a break, and let something come to me. Sometimes my breaks can last up to a week before I am able to write something else, but that's what makes my writing so great.

I'd travel to Narnia where all the fun stuff happens. Kings and queens, quests and adventures... That sounds like the place for me. I would go on an endless adventure and bring a few friends with me.

Yes, I have some of the best friends and family in the world and I can’t imagine my life without them! They have shaped who I am today and many of the characters in Welcome to Superhero School.

I think readers will learn a lot about loyalty and especially, sibling loyalty. In the real world, we often see siblings not getting along. And in my own life, I’ve had times where I took the sibling relationship with my brother for granted. And when he went off to college. I really missed him. The book really shows readers that we can’t take those sibling or family relationships, as
well as our friendships, for granted. When we are in difficult situations, it’s important to rely on these relationships for support.

I am currently working on Book #2 in The Vork Chronicles! I don't want to share too much, but I'm really loving how it's turning out.

Welcome to Superhero School started out as part of a submission to an online poetry and short story contest. The contest required me to write 50,000 words, but as I was writing and got to 50,000, I thought: "Why not keep going? Why not keep writing and put it out there for the world to see?" I ended up writing more than 70,000 words and Welcome to Superhero School was born! Then I wanted to make sure as many people as possible could read the manuscript, so I decided to turn it into a book available to readers everywhere.
