There are too many to choose from. Would I choose the galaxy that's far, far away? Perhaps I'd visit Hogwarts to learn to become a wizard. Maybe I would be a dragon rider in the world of Eragon. The best thing about reading fantasy/sci-fi fiction is that I can imagine all of these things.

During my first book I did not suffer an episode of writer's block. My ideas just poured out of me as fast as I could type them. As of now I have had a few problems continuing the story, but I just take a break and eventually the idea will pop in my head. It's always good to have a note pad on hand to write it down. LOL.

So far the best thing I've found about being a writer is seeing your name and book in print. Before it was just an idea I had, but holding my book in hand it suddenly became very real and unbelievable at once.

The Significance of Balance was written to be series, but can also function as a stand alone book with it's story contained to one part. I am currently working on the sequel which will center around the element of water. In the sequel (as in book 1) you will find correlations with our own world. Specifically our relationship with our oceans.

This book started out as a side project for me. As I worked more on the project my characters began to evolve, my world expanded, and then took on a life of its own. The more I wrote the more I wanted to write.

I've always been attracted to reading and gaming. With all the things going on in the world, reading can provide a much needed escape. So creating my own world with heroes to correct the imbalances of the world appealed to me most.
