The idea came to write inspirations to my unborn grandchildren. I sat with this idea and began writing some essays. I received encouragement from a writer I met while out walking, to continue, and another burst of writing happened. I kept getting the push to write and yet I felt immobilized. My inner critic was doing a fabulous job of reining me into a defeatist attitude. As happens, the universe stepped in and brought forth information for me to approach from a different angle. I began doing shamanic journeywork that brought me in touch with a supportive guide for the book and my inner muse showed up. She is a powerful creative energy that is filled with joy. I moved into my heart space around the book to approach from love instead of what-ifs and fear. Once I was creating from love the book flowed into being.
