Just start writing. Write something everyday, even if it’s a journal entry. And find someone to keep you motivated and hold you accountable. My best friend and I meet once a month at a pub to only discuss our writing - bounce ideas, edit.

Most of the time, if I am having writer's block, I will go back and read what I have previously written. It puts me back in that space and time and the words usually start flowing again. If not, I walk away from it for a few days and then try again.

I think the best thing about being a writer is that anyone can do it. You just write and you are a writer. People may tell you there is a right or wrong way to do it, but that's just their opinion. Put your ideas on paper and someone, somewhere in this world, will be interested in those ideas!

I get inspired everyday from something I read, watch or just people watching as I go about my daily business. Anything can be an inspiration if you let your imagination run wild.

I currently have several works in progress. I am most focused on book 2 of The Cameron Clan series - Hunting the Alpha. It will be out summer 2020. I am also working on a young adult paranormal mystery and a new paranormal romance series surrounding the Salem witch trials.
