Janet Philbin The way I dealt with writers block was never forcing myself to write when I was not "feeling" it. When you feel it write, when you do not wait, the inspiration and words will come when it is time.
Janet Philbin I honestly wrote this book to help people. I have always wanted to be a helper which is why I became a social worker. Writing this book gave a public voice to my work, allowing me to help those who would never have found me otherwise.

Janet Philbin I just allow room in my life to have the time. If I get an idea, I will stop to write it down. If I can sit for longer and explore it I will, if not I just get enough on paper to allow me to come back to it at a later time.
Janet Philbin I was inspired to write this book in 2015 when away at a retreat I had a great idea during meditation. This was the seed that got me on my writing journey.
