Gatlon, without a doubt. I'm so in love with the world Marissa Meyer created in Renegades. My first stop would be to underground subway system to hopefully meet up with some of the Anarchists--and perhaps join them.

I awoke in a sweat from a dream of shadowy creatures, hell-bent to consume me who had littered my skin with slashes from their blackened claws. I cried out as I went to stand, blood still wet upon my skin and eyes watching me from the void of my room.

Knowing that my work is being read and enjoyed by others is the most rewarding thing for me. It's also nice having the freedom to stay home and write in my PJs if I so desire ... and maybe even dance around the kitchen when I need ideas.

NEVER give up! There are so many times that I have gotten frustrated, but I always forced myself to push through. Also, sometimes it's hard to stand out in a sea of others, but the main goal should always be to write because you love it. Even if it takes you years to get your name out there, know that your work will live on forever. That's something that always helps me when I sit down to write.

Talking to my friends and family about what I'm planning to write next usually pumps me up. I start to formulate plans as I speak and the more intricate they get, the more excited I get. It's at that time I normally have to find a keyboard ASAP to bring my ideas to life.

Most of time I will find something else to do that involves using my hands--cleaning, cooking, etc. It allows my mind a chance to process what I have already written and 9/10 I'll have an "ah-ha!" moment. The other few times that doesn't work, I'll try to take a nap. There's a reason so many authors have come up with novel ideas from sleeping.

The next series I have on my list is the Illuminae Files and hopefully I'll finish out all of SJM's books after that. I sincerely hope there is reading in Heaven because that's the only way I'll ever get through my ever-growing TBR list.

Pandemonium came about from my love of magic, old-school circuses and carnivals, and deceptive kingdoms. I always knew that I wanted to create a world that revolved around all of those concepts with a heavy sprinkling of treachery, deception, and betrayal, on top.

I'm currently working on the second book in the Pandemonium series. It's set to hopefully release around the first part of August!
