Everyday life inspires me to write. I observe people, situations and emotions. I carry a pen and notepad around with me and if something sparks my interest, I just write my ideas down and see if I can use them

The coffin lid slowly creaked open, deathly white fingers with long dirty fingernails clung onto its edges, just like a dying man clinging onto life. Except there was no life left here, this was the realm of the dead and it was time to feed.

For me it has to be Rivendell, Middle Earth from J R R Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. I would sit and write surrounded by beauty, peace and tranquillity
