Eyta Jade I’m currently working on three standalone romances releasing together on February 7, 2027: All of Me, Under Pressure, and Vibrant Hues.

I stepped away from publishing for several years, but I never stopped writing. I came back to these stories with a very different understanding of love, people, and what I actually wanted my work to say. Under Pressure is a complete reimagining of my previously published novel Awakened by Him, rebuilt as a standalone. All of Me and Vibrant Hues are new releases.

All 3 novels live in Riasles, the fictional island city I created from pieces of the 4 countries and 3 continents I have lived in. They are completely separate stories, but they are connected by the way I now write about love: not simply as something that happens to us, but as something that reveals us.

Each book asks its own question.

All of Me: Can I receive this love?
What happens when love is real, but knowing how to communicate, trust, recognise and receive it is another matter entirely?

Under Pressure: Can I reveal myself enough to have this love?
What happens when intimacy gets close enough to the parts of yourself you have always been able to keep separate?

Vibrant Hues: Can I risk enough to fully live this love?
What happens when protecting yourself from disappointment starts protecting you from some of the most vivid parts of being alive?

I’m publishing all three on the same day because I wanted to return with the conversation intact. They are not 3 versions of the same romance. They are three different women, 3 different loves, and 3 different things love asks of them.

I think that is what I’m most interested in writing now. Finding love is only the beginning. I want to know what happens when love gets close enough to show you yourself.
Eyta Jade The books I am working on now all began with different versions of the same curiosity: love can be real and still ask something difficult of you. All of Me asks whether we know how to receive love. Under Pressure asks what intimacy costs when being known feels dangerous. Vibrant Hues asks how much life we lose trying to avoid risk. The stories grew from those questions.
Eyta Jade Usually by a question I cannot leave alone. Something about the way people love, misunderstand each other, protect themselves, want something, or refuse to admit what they want. The characters come after that. I rarely begin with plot. I begin with something human that bothers or fascinates me enough to keep digging.
Eyta Jade Write the thing you are actually trying to say, not the thing you think a writer is supposed to say. Learn craft, read widely, revise without mercy, but protect whatever is uniquely yours. Technique can be taught. Your way of seeing people cannot. I am learning this more and more everyday.
Eyta Jade Getting to feel things that are not happening to me. I can go somewhere I have never been, want something I have never wanted, love someone who does not exist, and still come away changed by it. Writing gives me the same thing reading always has: another life for a little while.

It's the most expressive I can be as an artist.
Eyta Jade I usually stop trying to force the page. If I cannot write the scene, there is normally something I do not understand yet about the character, the emotion, or what the scene is actually there to do. I read, think, walk away, dance, come back, and keep asking questions until the problem becomes clear. I do not believe every pause is a block. Sometimes the work is asking for more thought.
