Annette Christie The best advice I ever got was to "let yourself not know." Don't fight the block. Just relax. Sink into it. I usually put on the playlist I've curated for the project (each book gets its own playlist, obviously) and then I clean my house. Or take a shower. The epiphanies soon follow.
Annette Christie I've always been drawn to unorthodox storytelling. Obviously Groundhog Day was my introduction to this plot device (and you know Young Annette had a thing for Bill Murray). I also really loved Run Lola Run. I saw it it in the theatre and was totally captivated! Timequake was my first Kurt Vonnegut book and I remember really digging it. Does Sliding Doors count? Because I'd include that one. I'm excited to read Kara McDowell's new book, which I think uses a similar device.
