If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Jay Sutherland My wife and I would travel to Hobbiton and Rivendell for sure. We might even stay there forever.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Jay Sutherland During the first month of Quarantine in LA, my wife (co-author Megan Sutherland) and I were sitting in our studio and she showed me a hilarious picture of Jared Leto returning from some sort of spiritual retreat and not knowing anything about the coronavirus. I then thought, wouldn't it be funny if there was a kids book about bears waking up from hibernation to a world like this the way Jared Leto just did!? With nothing else to do that month, I started writing the book!
