Irving Waters More the characters I have met, rather than the mysteries in my life are of interest.
Many years ago in a London pub, a stranger sitting next to me at the bar told me that he was a bomb maker. He didn't look remotely like how they portray such types in the movies. He was rough looking, in his 30s and obviously a drinker. He backed up his claim with a couple of stories which were almost certainly true. Scottish accent was thick.
Another character I met was a hit man. He'd just been released from jail and sat next to me on the subway. He was a short, stocky man. Not too bright. I started talking to him, as is my way. He was missing quite a few teeth. On questioning him, he answered that he was payed to kill people, and did so with a baseball bat. He was friendly and seemed comfortable sharing his secret with a stranger.
Irving Waters Write first as if no-one is reading.
Irving Waters "The Wuhan Mission", though fiction, is based in reality. Guessing why governments might do what they do is a game that all of us can play. I like to factor in 'probability' into my story lines. I do a lot of research and end up deep in the rabbit holes of conspiracy where lines of fact become blurred.
Irving Waters Book 2 that is a prequel to "The Wuhan Mission."
We will really get to know our protagonist better. Questions will be answered.
As far as genre is concerned, I'll be coloring outside the lines quite a bit.
