I have an outlet for the things that have been on my mind for a long time. I've always been fascinated by corporate cultures and watching businesses make decisions that often result in their decline. So often, business leaders have trouble getting out of their own way, but it's completely unavoidable. And to hear from readers that this perspective is valuable is tremendously rewarding.

I have a soft spot for cozy mysteries, so I'm working through Deborah Crombie's Duncan Kincaid and Gemma James series of murder mysteries. I've recently finished and thoroughly enjoyed the Dublin Murder Squad series by Tana French (emphatically not cozy mysteries).
