NMCLE has been a result of heartbreak for many new doctors. After I completed my MBBS and licensing examination, I felt an irresistible urge to convert all my quest for excellence into a single book for NMCLE. This book is a result of my 6 years of struggle in medical school. It has been a common trend among medical students who want to study for the exam that they tend to spend more time looking for ways to study than actually studying. For this particular reason, I have kept this book as short as possible. You can even use this as a handbook. Keep it in your white coat pockets wherever you go. You do not need to search for important points in the book. If it is in the book, it is important. That is the bottom line. Revise and revise the book till every part of the book is chewed and digested.
