If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Emily Lowry I grew up on the Harry Potter books, so it would have to be Hogwarts. I'd go straight to the Quidditch pitch to try out my flying skills. (Oh, and in case anyone's wondering -- I'm a straight up Hufflepuff.)

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Emily Lowry My readers. I love them so much. The thoughts, comments, feedback, suggestions and love I get from my readers means the world to me, and I am so grateful for each and every one of them.

What are you currently working on?
Emily Lowry I'm finishing up Beachbreak High Book 3, It Was Always Jace. In addition to that, I am world building for my new Romantic Comedy series that will debut later this year, and working on the final book in the Rumors & Lies series, Kai Taylor is My Enemy Boyfriend.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Emily Lowry I am a TERRIBLE procrastinator, so I always try to self-reflect on if I have writer's block or I'm simply being lazy (for me, it's usually the latter!)

I find that stepping away from my computer, taking a long walk or working out, or baking or cooking something delicious helps massively. A bit of distance is always great for clearing my head and refocusing :)
