Currently I'm investing my time in supporting the people working through the Interiors Therapy Masterclass. They have read the book and realised they want to get into the process in much more depth, even to learn how to become an Interiors Therapist and work with their own clients. They work through a very intensive process and have coaching with me each week.

A long walk in the forest. I usually have a factual book going on audio. Using a cochlear headset means I can listen into the book at the same time as hearing the birdsong and the crunch of leaves under my feet.
I can zone out and just trust the inspiration will come as I walk. It mostly does!
