My book is based on my experience in the field as a law enforcement and fire chaplain coming alongside people in their most vulnerable moments during a tragic loss. Not only has my journey presented challenges in my own faith, I've discovered that many people...hundreds and hundreds over the years...have struggles with faith, "used to go to church," but still have a faith. I wanted to write a book to connect a message of hope with those people!!
