Well at this moment and working on the second and third book in the series, i am reading the finished second book while i am writing the third, this way i can make sure that it flows through perfectly from one book to the other,
i did this with the first book, but didn't do it until the first one was published and there for everyone to read.
So its a process for me and i am really looking forward to releasing the second book in the series

The best thing about being an author, an easier question one couldn't ask, that is the readers, even if i only had one person reading my books and they had an experience while reading it then that would be enough, if they transcended into the world i am writing and took on the persona of one of my characters and enjoyed it then i have done my job right, its not about having millions of followers, or having a best selling book.
To me it is about the expressions you cause on a persons face that has your book in their hand and making them think and hopefully get inspired through my words.

Writers block i think is a term that makes people that write scared. but to me i think it inspires me more.
I go out into the world, gym ( not at the moment with social distancing) markets, shopping centers and all different places and watch people, i do not do it to find inspiration on what i am writing, i do it to just write, so i take a note book with me and just watch and write what i see and turn them into characters in a little world i am looking at , it gets you writing and relaxing and once i have done this of a day, i just open up my wip and get cracking. sorry for the bad pun

a horror story in two sentences:
my book is finished and it is hotter than all of the previous four books in the series, i feel good, and ready to hit send,
the laptop spins up and starts to vibrate and shakes my desk and the laptop with all my saved work catches fire and i lose everything.

That is an easy answer, i have been a fan of the lord of the rings trilogy and having had the chance to grow up in england and have visited where Tolkien went to school and all of his haunts as well as being in a great position to be in new zealand at a good time to visit middle earth film location.
