Put finger to keyboard and worry about making sense of it tomorrow. The block is in your fingers, not in your head. Once you start typing, the problem starts to disappear. Some days are creative days, some days are word-count days, some days are editing days. They all count, even the days when you stare into space. The only time that's a problem is when you are staring into space and you don't want to be - that's when you just need to write, and not care about what you are writing. Walking away for the day is also an option...
