I am a jack of many trades, so when I have writer's block, I work on something else. Examples: Proofreading for another author, discussions with my Trifecta (my 2 best gal pals that I have never met in person ;) ), dig out my camera and take pictures, or just make up teasers and graphics for what I am working on. There is always something to do. Of course, to get out of the block when those things fail me...I look up inspiration pictures for what I think my characters look like.

Well...I would have to say that it can be like writing a journal. Are you feeling sad today? Write a sad story. Angry over something? Kill a bad guy IN YOUR BOOK ;). It can be very therapeutic, but the people I have met... love them!

Do it! Dare to be different, write what you love, keep pushing. And, one thing that has helped me the most...get to know some authors on a semi personal level. Become online friends with them, they are some awesome and supportive people!

I am working on my first reverse harem. Summer was written way before I even knew what RH was or I probably would have written that first. I am also working on book 2 of the Seasons of the Wolf quadrology: Autumn of the Beta. The foundations for books 3 and 4 are also shaping up. :)

Sometimes it is just a thought. I have been inspired by a photo (for my upcoming Reverse Harem), experiences I have had, and just randomness. ;)

Actually, I was reading a lot of shifter romance, came across one that I would have written differently. So, I decided to try to write Summer of the Alpha. It was something I have always wanted to do, and wanted to say I could do it. So. I did. And although I never really planned on publishing it... here we are! 13 days away from release!

I have a handful, the upcoming Amatucci Family series by Sadie Jacks, Luna Pierce's second book Cursed Magic, Everly Taylor's Lilith's Pride, Embers of Phoenix by AJ Blackburn... just to name a few.

That's tough. Narnia, maybe. Or Hogwarts. A place with magic for sure. If in Hogwarts, I would check out the Mirror of Erised. <3
