Honestly, I take nootropics, there's a product called Brain Gains which is full of nutritional supplements for your brain and it really gives me an edge because I find that writer's block (for me at least) has more to do with a lack of energy than a lack of inspiration. However, you have to be disciplined and you have to write every day, set a minimum word count that you must reach, like 300 words and get it done, you will often find that you go further once you get started but if you only do the minimum its better than nothing. In terms of not knowing what to write or being stuck with a story, skip ahead, I've done that a few times where I've not really been sure on how to progress but I have a goal or future scene in my head, so I just write that and carry on until I've thought of a way to connect the dots.
