Honestly, sometimes it's less about inspiration and more about dedication. Writing isn't always pleasurable. You often have to just grit your teeth, sit down, and write, regardless of how you might be feeling.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never really encountered writer's block. If you're passionate about something, the words will come. I ascribe to the "flow" method of writing, where I just sit down and go for a period of time. No edits. No re-reading anything. Just pure, unadulterated writing. Perhaps that's what helps prevent writer's block...a lack of overthinking that can hamper many people.
