In other words, the I inspiration is usually just there waiting for me to have the right tools and time and place. I don't need to get inspired generally speaking…

Never had it. In a great writing class I took years ago the teacher said writers block comes from not having enough information. And that always made sense for me. But, truth is, I don't write fiction. If I did and I had writers' block it would be very hard and I would probably not write. I'm sort of lazy-- if it doesn't just flow I do something else… For the most part, once I'm in the zone it just flows.

Do this because you love to write; because the process of writing brings you joy. its' not about the money or fame you might imagine waiting. Chances are, published, or self published, writing a book is not necessarily "profitable" based on a return on your time....
