I do read a lot from other authors besides researching an idea that I wanted to write about.
Simply, when I conceive an idea of a writing project, I think and think about it. I also research and read the relevant material (if possible).
When I collect enough information, then I sit to write, it keeps me motivated to write until the end of that project.

Back in 2010, when I decided to become self-employed and completely work from home so I could stay close to my children.
Initially, it was very challenging- looking after children, house and work at the same time. There were times when I really struggled and wished there was some training our an authentic way to learn how to manage work and family life while working from home.
In 2020 when the majority of the employees were pushed to work from home, many people contacted me via social media and a chat with my own friends revealed the majority of newly working from the home force was struggling to find a balance between work and personal hours. I thought, my personal experience of working from home might help some of the people out there. So I wrote 'WFH During the Pandemic and Beyond,' it is a practical guide to balance work and life.
