This is a hefty question. I hate to be really boring but I can't really think of anything. While I may have found my life to have been interesting and well lived, so far, I don't think that there is any mystery in there. Or perhaps that is the mystery within itself? Now if you were to ask that question of my father... There was a man who had some mystery in his life and further down his ancestral tree is definitely mysterious.

So many different worlds and places to go... Hogwarts is an obvious choice as well as most futuristic off world places.

Get interested in what you are writing, I explore details that don't make it into the book. I also discuss parts with my wife. Being inspired and enjoying what you are writing really help me with any writers block, or so I have discovered since I started writing my first real book.

I have always written stuff, mostly starts to stories that never inspired me to f finish that story. I also wrote a few poems when I was a stay at home Dad. Then while writing this new story I found that I was filled with ideas, more and more of the story which made me want to get it down.

I was asking myself a question regarding a game I had been playing. What if you woke up one day and could not remember anything from your life? I have seen this in many games. I was also inspired by the American Southwest. We drove from LA to Las Vegas then down along route 66. I loved the area, the people and the natural beauty of the land. So much so that I had to base my book in that area.
