What are you currently working on?

Cristina Ruxandra Tudor I am working on a new novel based on my great -grandmother's destiny . Of course there is a lot of fiction in the story, many characters being invented by me, but the main thread of the action is inspired from the real events. It's a sad story, since the main female hero of the book is becoming the victim of her husband's cruel and oppressive personality, but also of her own prejudices and the mentality from those times. Despite of her sad life, the novel will end up in an optimistic way , as her daughter will be able to pass all the challenges and will choose for a very different life style.

Lucrez la un roman având ca inspirație destinul străbunicii mele din partea tatălui.Bineînțeles că există multă ficțiune în povestire, multe din personaje fiind inventate de către mine, dar firul principal al acțiunii este insipirat din fapte reale. E o poveste tristă, atâta timp cât eroina principală a cărții devine victima personalității crude și tiranice a soțului ei, dar și a propriilor prejudecăți și a mentalității acelor timpuri. Deși viața ei este tristă, romanul se va încheia într-o notă optimistă, fiica ei fiind capabilă să treacă peste toate încercările, alegând în final un mod de viață cu totul diferit.
