I love a great thriller and I write exactly what I would want to read. My novels combine suspense, shocking twists, and humor. My wife and sons inspire me to do better, but my readers inspire me more than anyone else. I see it as my job to entertain people and that's what I strive to do.

Writer's block is such an interesting term. I wouldn't necessarily say it's a block, but if I'm tired or just not into writing, the ideas won't come easily. There are certain days I can sit down and write four pages in an hour. Other times, I'll write two sentences. You just need to keep going until your book is complete.

My advice would be to never give up. Writing is an extremely subjective industry. Two people can read the same book and get completely different experiences from it. As a writer, you need to study your craft. When you read books in your genre, think about the plot, characters, and story. Learn from the best by investing in the Masterclass series.
