I wish I had the answer to this one! I actually don't try to write when I have writer's block. I wait until I have the next bit of the story in my mind and then it flows much better on paper.

Your first draft is never your final draft. :) If you have an idea, get it all down on paper and then go from there. For me, the hard part is getting that first draft done. Once you have that, the fun begins!

I love to tell stories. They don't always translate well on to paper at first, which is why I have so many drafts before the final!

The idea for Journey to Zentobia actually came from my daughter! We wrote stories in the car together during a road trip to Disneyland. She came up with the concept, and I tweaked it a bit and wrote the story.
