What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Mindy Hite Write! The hardest part of being a writer is all the things that you have to do after the story is written. Many writers get hung up on all the future 'what-ifs' and quit. If you feel like you're called to write, then start writing. On your computer, in a journal, on scratch paper, it doesn't matter... just write!

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Mindy Hite I haven't experienced writer's block, so I'm thankful for that, but I do get stress paralyzed when it comes to marketing, social media, etc.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Mindy Hite From a dream. It was the most vivid and real dream I have ever experienced and I woke up knowing that these characters needed to have their story told.
